SURFACE MORPHOLOGY AND TEXTURE ANALYSIS H3PMo12O40/TiO2 CATALYSTS

The results of research on the surface morphology and textural properties H3PMo12O40/TiO2 catalysts are introduced in this article. nature effect additives structure dimensional characteristics titanium dioxide modified with phosphomolybdic acid was defined: after introduction modifier, there is a tendency to decrease specific area, more, higher content H3PMo12O40; without exception, all H3PMo12O40 -containing samples characterized by crystallites larger average sizes (41–80 µm) than original sample; containing particles an radius about 60–80 µm have highest activity; porosity changes symbiotically indicators total pore volume - it decreases increase amount H3PMo12O40, which associated blocking small pores modifier. It concluded that area fineness not key factors responsible for high catalytic activity process converting isopropyl alcohol diisopropyl ether.
